GLR Stores ("we" and "us") is the operator of https://glrstores.com/ ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These terms are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to protect and set expectations for our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to ask whether you would prefer to wait for the backordered item to be restocked or receive a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the delivery method selected and the destination of the order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind
GLR Stores accepts returns due to change of mind as long as a request is received within 30 days of receiving the item, and the item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item is received and approved, a refund will be issued for the value of the goods returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3.2 Warranty Returns
GLR Stores will honor valid warranty claims where applicable, provided the claim is submitted within 90 days of receiving the item.

Customers may be required to pay the return shipping cost in advance. If the warranty claim is approved, we will reimburse the return shipping cost. Once the returned item is received, we aim to process the warranty claim within 7 business days.

If the warranty claim is approved, you may receive one of the following:
(a) a refund to your original payment method
(b) a store credit
(c) a replacement item, subject to stock availability

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Time
Our handling time is usually 1 to 3 business days.

Estimated UK delivery times are:

Economy Delivery: 5 to 8 business days
Standard Delivery: 3 to 4 business days

4.2 International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment is received.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. In such cases, we take reasonable steps to minimize shipping delays.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address
We can change the delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
We may ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services where available. Courier services may not be available for these locations.

4.6 Items Out of Stock
If an item in your order is out of stock, we may dispatch the available items first and send the remaining item once it becomes available. If preferred, we may also offer a refund for the unavailable item.

4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded
If your delivery time has exceeded the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment.

5. Tracking Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping carrier.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. If possible, reject the parcel at the time of delivery and notify our customer service team immediately. If the parcel was delivered while you were not present, please contact us for the next steps.

7. Duties and Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax
Any applicable taxes will be included in the product price where required by law.

7.2 Import Duties and Taxes
As we currently do not offer international shipping, import duties and taxes do not normally apply to orders placed through our website.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Insurance

Parcels may be insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

9.1 Process for Parcel Damaged in Transit
We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has completed their investigation into the claim, where applicable.

9.2 Process for Parcel Lost in Transit
We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has completed their investigation and confirmed the parcel as lost.
